Lumber Marking Units
iPrint lumber marking units are high performance printers to be used with SMARTI scanners. When boards are scanned, marking units can be used to print fluorescent lines, simulating manual chalk markings. Such application is used when there are separate lines for scanning and cutting the boards. On the other hand, older saws can also be used with the new scanners. Units can also mark color spots on boards for the purpose of sorting or classifications in the production workflows.
